- Prepare effectively before giving evidence.
- Recognise the key differences between giving evidence remotely via video link and attending in person.
- Understand what to expect when attending an inquest and how to present evidence clearly and confidently.
- Identify the types of questions likely to be asked by the Coroner and Interested Persons.
- Apply practical tips and techniques for giving effective evidence.
