This course aims to enhance your skills, knowledge and confidence to effectively and successfully manage learners in practice. It is for any qualified allied health professional who works alongside students, supervising and assessing them in practice, and wishes to develop their skills further in supporting and developing students. All levels of experience with supervision are welcomed. The theory and practice of effective supervision will be integrated into activities with practical application for your role as a supervisor. You will be encouraged to draw on and share your own experiences throughout this interactive programme.
