Overview
The Elevate Leadership Development Programme is a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) approved leadership development programme designed to help established leaders build confidence, capability and impact. Bringing together professionals from a wide range of sectors and backgrounds, the programme combines practical learning, coaching and real-world application to help participants lead with clarity, empathy and purpose. Through interactive workshops, action learning, coaching and applied leadership challenges, participants strengthen self-awareness, communication, decision-making and collaboration while developing the skills needed to lead effectively. Elevate is a supportive learning community that empowers individuals to grow, connect and create positive change within their organisations and beyond.

Target Audience
This programme is suitable for middle managers who already have some experience of line management and leadership and want to build on existing experience through shared and peer learning. Elevate’ is a multi-disciplinary programme aimed at:

Participant Commitment:
The following activities are a compulsory element of the programme and CMI Award:
- Attend all workshops
- Complete pre- and post-learning activities
