Overview

This one-day Court Skills Training course will provide a detailed insight into Police Investigation and Criminal Proceedings. The course will enhance your understanding of your role as a witness and equip you with the skills to deliver clear, confident and effective evidence in the Criminal Court.

There will be focus on the key legal principles including case study discussions. The statement writing exercise will strengthen best practice for writing professional evidence.

The course will conclude with a mock trial exercise, where you can apply the knowledge and techniques that you have learnt, giving you the skills and confidence to navigate cross-examination and present evidence effectively in Court.

  • Experience a Mock Trial with reputable Criminal law solicitors, including participation in cross-examination.
  • Develop the knowledge, skills and techniques for delivering effective evidence in the Criminal Court.
